Our company began in 1994 serving customers nationwide from our office in Ocala, Florida. Originally the company was named Life Line Consulting Group and provided service to customers of a large regional Property and Casualty company.

The firm then moved its headquarters to Greenville, South Carolina in 1999. Since that time we have been helping clients primarily in the southeast from NC, SC, GA, FL and TN. In 2008 we changed our name to Versālus, which is two Latin words conjoined meaning “TRUE HELP.”

Versālus has created a unique approach to assisting small and regional banks in the southeast. We also provide products and service to clients referred to us by CPA’s and attorneys. Finally we continue to grow our business by referrals from our existing clients and we can think of no better compliment.

Brian Pusateri brings a distinguished 30-year career in banking and insurance to his role as President of Versālus. Brian is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) with a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS) and a Master of Science in Management. He is licensed with FINRA (Series 6 and 22) and State Departments of Insurance (Life and Health: GA, FL, NC, OH, SC). He has been a consistent qualifier for the insurance industry’s prestigious Million Dollar Round Table and has also been admitted to the organization’s Top of the Table, which is composed of the top insurance professionals worldwide. A published author and popular public speaker, Brian has given numerous presentations at estate planning and banking industry meetings and has hosted a radio show on estate planning topics. He has been an active member of many professional and civic organizations.
